The successful application of PVC decorative film for furniture manufacturing hinges on creating a permanent, flawless bond between the film and the core substrate. This is not a one-size-fits-all process; the method varies significantly based on the substrate material’s porosity, surface energy, and the intended manufacturing workflow.
